Report on Children and Young people’s feedback on the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Sustainability and Transformation Plan

Following on from discussions with the Commissioners Working Together team, it was agreed that local conversations with local communities would be an ideal approach to gathering more information about perceptions of and feelings towards the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Sustainability and Transformation Plan.

We spoke with 51 young people to find out what their views were on the Sustainability and Transformation Plan, which will change the way that Health and Social Care work.

We facilitated discussions with small groups of young people and spoke about the ambitions of the Sustainability and Transformation plan, how it would effect them and gathered their thoughts and experiences.
