How is the cost of living crisis impacting on people’s health?

Healthwatch Sheffield and Healthwatch Barnsley are independent, statutory organisations that helps you to speak up about your experiences with health and social care.

This is a quick, anonymous survey for Healthwatch Sheffield and Healthwatch Barnsley that looks at how the cost of living crisis is affecting you getting the healthcare you need. For example: travel cost, prescription cost, whether you've had to stop activities that you feel are beneficial to your wellbeing etc. There's some multiple choice questions as well as some free answer boxes at the end for you to include any extra thoughts you might have.

We will use the information you share with us to help the NHS and other local services better understand how financial pressures are impacting on people’s health.
