The Cost of Living Crisis is much talked about in the media and many families and individuals are worried about how they will cope with the increase in energy bills the rising food prices and the increasing interest rates on mortgages and loans.

We all know what a negative impact all this can have on both our physical and mental health causing stress and anxiety. Services are rallying together to support residents through this difficult time and a number of initiatives have been put into place on both a local and national level.
